Parts Counter - Sioux Falls

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their trucks or trailers.
- Process parts orders accurately and efficiently.

- Answer phone calls and respond to email inquiries regarding parts.
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients, both in person and over the phone.
- Assist with returns and warranty claims as needed.
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure timely delivery of parts.
