The National Accounts Business Development Manager, Packaging will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a profitable customer base of strategic accounts within the Industrial Packaging Vertical for the Phoenix, AZ, Las Vegas, NV, Southern California, and Colorado region of US. Selected candidate will be a hunter of strategic multi-location large volume accounts and develop relationships with customers and supplier partners to enable value added selling and best business practices that promotes our National and Strategic account philosophies. This position will partner with local sellers to develop the Packaging opportunities in the region.
Responsibilities Include :
- Collaborating with senior executives developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
- Ensure and maintain profitable growth in sales, revenue through planning, execution, and management of a strategic accounts.
- Implement BradyPLUS’s strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong national presence.
- Work with customer base to expand our drive for packaging automation and innovation with our equipment offering.
- Managing a sales territory to maximize sales and profit revenues that meet or exceed corporate set goals.
- The ongoing training of your skill set to ensure best in class product and market knowledge.
- Promoting the organization directives.
- Understanding needs of customer base and how they relate to the organization directives.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Educating customers on the BradyPLUS Valued added Strategic and National account process with presentations of strategies, case studies and successful trends.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Attend sales training, sales seminars, and other meetings.
