Position Overview
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying and onboarding new business opportunities including but not limited to new markets, growth areas, trends, customer partnerships, products and services including new ways to penetrate existing markets. Fostering and developing relationships with leadership inside key accounts.
Responsibilities Include :
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
Opens new business and transitions to account managers while assuring transition is seamless and positive. Each account handled on a case-by-case basis. Residual communication through transition process.
The Business Development Manager will be focused on hunting and penetrating new markets and customers winning and developing business while supporting sale representative with penetration of business.
Works with leadership to identify trends, market saturation, bids, and opportunities.
Provide Hands on training for customers. Remain knowledgeable about products offered and discuss available options.
Build productive trusting relationships with key customers.
Assist management in driving sales initiatives through Sales Force.
Other duties as assigned.
The ideal candidate will have :
4 years of successful business to business sales experience
Ability to multitask and work on various projects at any one time.
Customer Focus
Collaborative thinker
Ability to lead and educate others on what you do and elaborate on why.
Strong computer skills
Attention to detail accurate data and quoting ability.
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong network development skills
