Position Overview

NVISION™ is currently searching for a Sales & Marketing Intern towork on strategic projects, assist the management staff, and learn from a team of professionals. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Strategic Accounts, interns will apply their education, skills and experience to projects for some of the most well-respected Fortune 500 companies. Interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to learn are essential core competencies.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to :

  • Ability to learn, develop and deliver on internship program expectations
  • Manage day-to-day project responsibilities focused on customer requirements
  • Acquire proficiency with NVISION system offerings and technology platforms
  • Analyze and report metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to quantify program status
  • Collaborate with management to identify, plan, and develop methods and procedures to obtain greater efficiency
  • Coordinate ideation sessions that lead to innovative selling offerings and solutions
  • Proactively addresses issues in a timely and professional manner. Solves problems and escalates issues or opportunities when appropriate and / or warranted
  • Complete capstone project at end of internship to demonstrate learning and development

The ideal candidate will have :

  • 2-Years of undergraduate curriculum completed in business related major
  • An interest in Marketing and / or Sales, excellent writing and communication skills, strong attention to detail, ability to take direction and work independently
  • Strong analytical skills and expert knowledge of all MS Office programs
  • Ability to effectively prioritize, lead and project manage in a dynamic, fast paced corporate setting
  • Ability to effectively build relationships, take quick, decisive action, and be assertive when necessary. Experience in cross-functional and indirect leadership roles is preferred
  • Strong, persuasive verbal communication skills, with demonstrated ability to be a strong listener
  • Pay Range for this position is $22-$25
