Summary
This role enhances operational efficiency by managing data entry, assisting with scheduling, and tracking shipments. In a fast-paced, high-tech manufacturing environment, the intern will gain firsthand experience with real-world operational challenges and contribute to process improvements. This position also provides exposure to advanced industry tools and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
Input and update data in internal systems with accuracy.
Track shipment statuses and communicate potential risks to internal teams.
Assist in organizing and maintaining operational documentation.
Support ongoing efforts to streamline processes and explore automation opportunities.
Collaborate with IT and operations teams to improve workflow efficiency.
Gain hands-on experience with industry-specific tools and technology.
Qualifications And Education Requirements
Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Administration, or a related field
Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general computer applications.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work both independently and within a team.
Interest in technology-driven process improvements.
Adaptability in a dynamic, high-tech manufacturing environment.
Full-time schedules for Summer internships. (40 hour week) Approx. Start Date End of May/Beg of June.
Internship salary is based on position and academic year standing.
