Summary
As a Business Support Specialist, you will be integral in providing administrative and clerical support to enhance operational efficiency. Reporting to the Office Manager, your role will involve utilizing your core skills in customer service, computer literacy, and organizational abilities to manage office tasks effectively. Your proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, will be essential for data entry and document preparation.
Essential duties and responsibilities
In this position you will provide backup and support for multiple positions within the organization. Assists with all customer service, billing, collections, accounts payable, payroll and social media tasks using NAED Customer Information Systems (CIS), Meter Data Management Systems (MDM), Financial Management Systems (FMS), and Microsoft Office Business applications (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc.).
Requirements
Associate degree and 1-3 years of related experience within the field of customer service and administrative assistance. Must continually update knowledge to keep pace with industry and service developments as deemed necessary by management. A valid driver’s license is required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.62 per hour
