BACKFILL-CONTRACT-RN -CASE MANAGEMENT(689)-13 WEEKS- MON-FRI 7 : 30A-5P
Shift times for both positions are days M-F with option to rotate weekends.
Hours are 0730-1830 to 1600-1700.
Employees have flexibility to pick their arrival times.
Candidates must have acute hospital Case Management experience.
NO ON CALL REQ
CCM PREFERRED BUT NOT REQ

Job Requirements

Candidates must have acute hospital Case Management experience of at least 6 months.

CCM preferred but not required.

Schedule Information

Shift : start between 0730 & 0830, leave between 4pm & 5pm

Weekends : Voluntary only, not required

Unit Specific Information

Typical hiring profile : Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters

Must have : Hospital case management experience of at least 6 months

Preferred or nice to have : Utilization Review background

List typical procedures performed on unit(s) : Discharge planning

Unit Profiles : The purpose of a unit profile is to help provide an exceptional understanding of the unit.

Building : Main building

Floor : 3E, 3N, 3S, 4E, 4N, 4S, IMC, ICU, Adult ER

Discipline : Case Management

Target Start Date : ASAP

Call Requirements : None

Number of Beds - 32 bed units, ICU is 22 beds

Number of Staff – Goal staffing is 1.5 RN per acute care unit, 1 RN on ICU.

Patient Ratios – 1 : 32 for acute care, 1 : 22 for ICU – goal is 1 : 20 - 22

EMR – Meditech, Midas

Permanent Positions on Unit Available? (Y / N) – Y

Best personality Fit : Calm, positive, good with people

Dress Code : Scrub Color - RNs – navy, SWs – army green top, black bottom

Unit Guidelines / Policies : Standard CM P&P, nothing out of the ordinary

Staff is centrally located in office area
