Front Desk Coordinator - 30 Hrs Per Week
North Austin Physical Therapy - Cedar Park Location
North Austin Physical Therapy is a privately-owned Physical Therapy with clinics located in Leander and Cedar Park. Our team is growing, and we are seeking a dynamic team player as a part-time front desk coordinator. Medical Office/Physical Therapy front desk knowledge and experience is preferred but not required. Must have an outgoing personality mixed with professionalism and organization.
Our practice takes a family-centered and personalized approach to rehabilitation and is dedicated to being the gold standard for exceptional care with outstanding client relationships. As the front desk coordinator is the first point of contact for all patients, they are an integral part of the clinic’s vision. The position is responsible for greeting patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments within the office, completing administrative processing (insurance authorizations and verifications), reports, and record keeping. We seek an individual who is personable, naturally friendly, bright, inquisitive, and an excellent communicator. The ability to think outside the box, problem solve, and prioritize is essential.

- Ensure the office delivers quality and compassionate care to every patient
- Responsible for the operational readiness, appearance, and presentation of the office

- Ability to read and interpret reports, write reports and business correspondence

- Professional manner and appearance at all times
- Proficient computer and typing skills and software knowledge (WebPT experience is preferred)
- Must have exceptional oral and written communication skills
- Able to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
- Able to work independently and take initiative

- Requires the ability to multitask
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
