North Bay Apparel, a vibrant, established 30 year outerwear company with a stellar reputation, seeks an experienced & enthusiastic Production Coordinator. The ideal candidate will be a team player, work with cross-gender categories, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Track & follow up on all orders with daily correspondence with factories
- Set up style & Purchase Orders in AMT
- Generate Cost Sheets
- Generate UPC stickers, carton stickers, ticket layouts, carton marketing, care label layouts, polybag stickers, packing & folding, hangtag & call out stickers placements
- Filing & checking test reports for fiber content, care instructions, and all applicable special attribute testing including full UL testing
- Follow up with weekly WIPS
- Generate input sheets with UPC, CAD, carton/item dimensions & all customer requirements
- Informing relevant order information to factories per customer requirements
- Track private ticket orders per customer including AD samples
- Relay all information from factories to each salesperson responsible for the account
- Review shipping docs and pass to Import Department
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar
- 3 years of experience in apparel production
- Understanding of garment construction and production processes
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills to work effectively across teams
