Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and professional employee to fill our need for a front desk/customer service representative. We are a growing auto finance company that will be growing rapidly over the next few years. Even though this is a part time hire, if you are able to learn quickly and it is a good match then it can be full time very quickly.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Answer phone calls promptly, providing information and assistance as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information.
- Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Uphold front desk procedures and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish both verbally and through written ability.
- Strong clerical skills with proficiency in office management tasks.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to operate computerized systems for guest management.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
- A positive attitude and willingness to assist guests at all times.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift

- Monday to Friday
