Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests.
- Engage with customers, providing friendly service and assistance while promoting menu items.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service and ensure timely delivery of orders.

- Proficient in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell menu items when appropriate.
- Proven bartending skills with an understanding of drink recipes and mixing techniques.
