What are the responsibilities and job description for the Volunteer Greeter position at North Bend Medical Center?
North Bend Medical Center is looking for Volunteer Greeters ! Do you want to make a difference in your community? Do you enjoy helping others? If so, please considering joining the North Bend Medical Center Volunteer Program!
Duties include :
- Greet patients as they arrive to the clinic
- Provide directions to help patients get to their appointments
- Provide wheelchair transportation
- Answer and triage questions
- Act in a respectful, positive, caring manner when communicating with patients and NBMC employees and providers
- Must successfully complete Confidentiality, Safety, and Wheelchair Operation Training
- Must pass background check
- Must abide by NBMC Employee Health policies regarding Hep B testing, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Vaccinations
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time, push wheelchairs, sit at a desk, walk around
- Other duties as assigned
Schedule is part-time weekdays
