Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries promptly.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls and taking messages as needed.
- Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite for various administrative tasks, ensuring efficient office operations.
- Support office management by coordinating schedules and maintaining calendars for staff.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.88 - $22.32 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
