FedEx Driving Position - Rural Routes South of LaCrosse WI

8 / 10 Hour Shifts - Paid Weekly ($500 - $1,000 per week)

• 8 / 10 hour shifts
• Every Saturday or minimum every other Saturday
• Week Days as scheduled

Minimum Requirements:

• 21 years of age
• Pre-employment / Periodic random DOT drug testing
• No marijuana / CBD / THC use
• Prior employment verification
• Criminal background check
• Motor vehicle report
• Physically move 150 lbs on a hand truck and carry 50 lbs
• 7:30 am start time - end time is when route is done
• Reliable daily transportation required

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Route Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering products to various locations while ensuring excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and professionalism as you navigate your delivery route.

Duties

• Load and unload products from the vehicle, ensuring safe handling and organization.
• Drive a box truck along designated routes to deliver goods to customers in a timely manner.
• Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed for loading and unloading tasks.
• Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safe operation.
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation of goods delivered.
• Assist with heavy lifting and moving of products as required throughout the delivery process.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in route driving or as a delivery driver is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
• Physical capability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks regularly.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential for managing deliveries effectively.
