About the Role:
We’re seeking an IT Help Desk Administrator for our client to provide high-level technical support across multiple offices. This hybrid position involves alternating between onsite and work-from-home days, with a focus on providing top-tier service to employees, including partners and senior directors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up laptops and software for new hires and interns.
- Assist with employee onboarding, including IT setup and training.
- Handle 50-100 IT support tickets per week.
- Troubleshoot and support various software, including Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Sage, QuickBooks, and Azure
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of IT support experience, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Strong customer service skills with a “white glove” approach, especially when assisting senior leaders.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize issues, and work independently.
- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and various business software (CCH Engagement, Sage, QuickBooks, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude.
Schedule:
- Alternating onsite and work-from-home days.
- Hours: 8:30am-5:00pm (No overtime).
