Compensation & Work Arrangement
- Salary: $90,000 - $110,000
- Hybrid work model (3 days in-office)

Position Responsibilities
The Learning and Development Analyst will assist the Talent Management Team with key initiatives, including training logistics, reporting and data analysis, and overall talent management support. This role requires strong organizational skills, project management abilities, attention to detail, and comfort working with data. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, take initiative, and demonstrate excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage logistics for in-person and virtual learning & development programs, including enrollment, scheduling, and facilitator coordination
- Maintain the learning & development calendar, updating regularly and managing logistics
- Coordinate event-day logistics, technology needs, and catering
- Send program communications and monitor pre-work completion
- Track training participation and costs
- Oversee LinkedIn Learning platform and reporting
- Maintain accurate attendance and enrollment data within the Learning Management System
- Assist in creating reports and tracking key metrics for talent management initiatives
- Develop presentations and training materials aligned with firm standards
- Support process documentation and drive efficiency improvements
- Provide additional support for talent management projects as needed
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology preferred
- 3 years of relevant experience in talent management, HR, or learning & development
- Experience coordinating initiatives in a complex environment
- Familiarity with personality assessments preferred
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment
- Enthusiastic about creating a dynamic hybrid work culture
