In this role, you’ll work closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition and internal recruiting teams, playing a key part in driving the hiring process and managing candidate pipelines. Responsibilities
- Interview Coordination: Schedule phone, video, and in-person interviews, working with candidates, recruiters, and executive assistants.
- Candidate Management: Track candidates in the applicant tracking system (Workday) and provide timely updates to recruiters and hiring teams.
- Feedback Management: Liaise with hiring teams to gather interview feedback and determine next steps for candidates.
- Process Improvement: Create and maintain candidate trackers, streamline communication processes, and suggest enhancements for efficiency.
- Project Support: Assist with intern programs, entry-level hiring initiatives, and other HR/recruiting projects.
- Onboarding Assistance: Support the pre-onboarding process, including preparing offer letters and coordinating with candidates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree required.
Experience:
- 1 years of professional experience, preferably in HR or recruiting, OR strong campus involvement (e.g., student organizations, athletics).
- Previous internship or full-time experience in a professional environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred). Basic Excel skills are a plus.
