Compensation: $85,000 – $95,000

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and support learning and development initiatives—think logistics, communication, scheduling, and follow-through
- Analyze and report on talent-related data to help shape decision-making and measure program impact
- Help streamline internal processes to make the team (and the company) run more efficiently
- Create clean, engaging materials for meetings, training sessions, and internal communications
- Support annual performance and engagement cycles from end-to-end
- Maintain key HR tools and platforms (like the LMS) and ensure data accuracy
- Contribute to firm-wide efforts related to employee growth, mobility, and experience
What You Bring:
- A bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years of experience in HR, project coordination, or learning & development
- Strong organizational instincts with a love for details and process
- Analytical chops—you’re comfortable in Excel and confident presenting data-backed insights
- Poise under pressure and a calm, solutions-first mindset
- Ability to juggle multiple projects while keeping things moving forward
- Strong communication skills and a polished, professional presence
- A proactive approach—you’re always thinking two steps ahead
