Team Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Coordinator to support our client's Broker Relations team and Portfolio Managers. This role offers significant growth opportunities within Broker Relations and requires a proactive, "can-do" attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparing reports or presentations.
- Coordinate and book travel arrangements for Portfolio Managers, ensuring smooth logistics for meetings, roadshows, and corporate access events.
- Assist in organizing internal meetings and events, handling logistics and materials.
- Track and manage all Corporate Access activities, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Liaise with brokers and external partners to ensure efficient communication and follow-up on broker relations matters.
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in an executive assistant or similar support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a high level of attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Additional Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Thursday onsite, 8:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Compensation: $85,000 - $110,000 base salary plus bonus
