- Perform data entry tasks, maintaining accurate student records and updating databases as necessary.
- Assist with administrative duties including scheduling appointments, organizing files, and managing correspondence.
- Provide clerical support such as proofreading documents and preparing reports for school administration.
- Utilize Google Suite applications for document creation, communication, and collaboration with staff.
- Support school events by coordinating logistics and providing necessary materials.
- Maintain confidentiality of student information and adhere to privacy regulations.
- Assist with office management tasks including inventory control of supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Proficiency in computer literacy with experience in Google Suite applications.
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written communications.
- Experience in office management or administrative roles is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with data entry processes and maintaining organized records.
