The North Carolina Football Club, owner and operator of two affiliated professional soccer teams: the North Carolina Courage (NWSL) and North Carolina FC (USL Championship), is seeking Street Team Interns to join the Marketing and Live Production Staff, in the execution of game day responsibilities and non-game day marketing events. This dynamic role offers hands-on experience in sports marketing, fan engagement, and game day operations. Successful candidates will play a crucial role in creating memorable game day experiences for fans, ensuring smooth execution of promotional activities, and serving as an outstanding ambassador for our club and our brands.

- Execute pre-game, in-game, and post-game promotions to enhance the fan experience.
- Set up and tear down marketing activations, giveaways, and other promotional materials.
- Engage with fans, answering questions and promoting an energetic and welcoming environment.
- Facilitate a variety of activations, including on-field, off-field, and off-site initiatives. Responsibilities encompass managing the marketing table, distributing roster cards, overseeing Kid Zone, organizing pre-match parties and activations, coordinating halftime activities, and implementing themed promotions.
- Coordinate closely with departments such as creative, broadcasting, partnerships, and operations to ensure seamless event execution.
- Coordinate the setup, execution, and breakdown of off-site marketing events throughout the triangle.
- All employees must practice safe work habits to ensure event production on game days is as efficient and safe as possible.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the North Carolina Courage and North Carolina FC positively and professionally.
- Passion for sports and a strong interest in fan engagement or event marketing.
- Must be available to work most North Carolina Courage and North Carolina FC game days, with flexibility to attend grassroots marketing events, including evenings and weekends.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in sports management, marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service, event operations, or sports marketing is a plus but not required.
- Must have reliable transportation to ensure timely arrival at games, events, and other work-related commitments.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs.
