You are passionate about ensuring customer service excellence and fantastic brand recognition. You have rare people skills which allow you to get out in front of problems and proactively help customers with potential troubles.You have somewhat of a sixth sense in identifying trends related to customer and / or vendor inquiries, responding proactively while providing feedback to management. Responsibilities :
- Corresponds with players and retailers by answering and logging incoming calls
- Ensures customer service tasks by preparing reports; providing guidance in ticket transfer and appropriate phone coverage
- Approves adjustments by logging retailer and ticket information
- Analyzes and verifies data by using VLOOKUP verification
- Maintains databases by updating Retailer Management System (RMS) and Aurora
Requirements :
Hiring Rate : $38,288 (this non-exempt position will be filled at or near the posted salary)
