Duties

• Conduct telemarketing activities to generate leads and schedule appointments for outside sales representatives.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions tailored to their requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities through effective sales administration.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide ongoing support throughout the sales process.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations while handling sensitive customer information.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.

Skills

• Bilingual proficiency is a plus, enabling effective communication with a diverse clientele.
• Strong customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to convey information clearly and persuasively.
• Experience in insurance sales or outside sales is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in analyzing data to identify trends and make informed recommendations.
• Familiarity with benefits administration processes is beneficial.
• Previous experience in telemarketing or related fields will be considered an asset.
