What are the responsibilities and job description for the Premium Area Staff position at North Carolina Football Club?
The North Carolina Football Club, owner and operator of two affiliated professional soccer teams: the North Carolina Courage (NWSL) and North Carolina FC (USL Championship), is seeking Part-Time Suite Attendants, Bartenders, Runners, and Field Seat Servers. This position will be responsible for serving Suite guests with a pleasant game day experience.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Suite Attendant
• Execute full setup, breakdown, and cleanup of the suite.
• Responsible for cleaning up remaining food, trash, catering supplies, and décor at the end of the night.
• Assist catering partners upon arrival and showing them where to go.
• Monitor and maintain food and beverage levels. Restocking as needed.
• Clearing any empty plates, cups, or picking up other trash to maintain the look of a clean suite.
• Communicate with manager for requests for custodial services to clean spills and empty trash cans.
• All other duties as assigned by the managers and supervisors.
Bartender
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age.
• Be attentive and interact with customers, make recommendations.
• Responsible for maintaining bar inventory, supplies and communicating with concessionaire to restock as needed.
• Responsible to learn or have knowledge of various beers, wine varieties, and spirits available.
• Other duties as assigned such as set-up and cleaning of bar equipment as required and assisting with organization of the cooler.
Field Seat Servers
• Provide efficient and timely customer service.
• Take accurate orders from guests.
• Work as a team with other servers, and food runners to provide excellent service to guests.
• Dispose of any empty cups, plates, or other trash from guests.
Runner
• Assist field seat servers by running food from concession stand to field seat guest.
• Confirm accuracy of order and seat number.
• Grab beverages when needed for suite attendants to restock fridges.
• Dispose of any empty cups, plates, or other trash from guests.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays based on the event schedule.
• Must be able to work at least 75% of home games for both the NCFC and NC Courage teams throughout the 2025 season.
• Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Must be 21 to apply as a bartender.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions and communicate effectively.
• Provide excellent customer service and interactions with fans to ensure they are maximizing their game day experience enjoyment.
