Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all spaces are welcoming and safe for clients and staff. Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean windows, walls, and fixtures to ensure a pristine environment.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Restock supplies such as paper products and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures while using cleaning equipment and chemicals.
- Maintain equipment in good working condition by performing routine checks and reporting any malfunctions.
Requirements
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Good physical stamina; must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and perform tasks that require bending, standing, or walking for extended periods.
- Familiarity with cleaning products and equipment is a plus.
- Must possess reliable transportation to travel between job sites if required.
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
