We are seeking a Personal Care Aide to join our team. In this role, you will make a difference in the lives of seniors and people with disabilities by enhancing their quality of life. Responsibilities include assisting with hygiene needs, light housekeeping and errands, dispensing medication, and other tasks that improve the client’s living environment and standards. The ideal candidate is patient, compassionate, and reliable. Must have your own transportation and a driver’s license.
Shift: Day Shift
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Assist with meal preparation
- Light housekeeping activities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of care provided
- Transport to appointments, run errands.
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Caregiver, Home Health Aide, Certified Nursing Assistant, or similar role is preferred but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Knowledge of basic housekeeping tasks and cooking skills
- Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal spills
- Familiarity with senior care principles and practices
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain confidentiality of resident information
- Caregiving skills, including empathy, patience, and compassion
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
