Job Summary: The Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing behavioral assessment and services to children or adults, often diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder or similar conditions, and/or who are in need of interventions to manage behavior and/or advance acceptable social and self-care skills.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master's degree in human services or health-related field.
- Must possess and maintain Board Certifies Behavior Analyst (BCBA) designation through the national certification body.
- Two (2) years' experience working with individuals needing BCBA intervention, either in an educational or community setting is preferred.
- Experience working with persons with autism and autism-like behaviors preferred.
