Commercial Leap Ahead for Wide Bandgap Semiconductors (CLAWS)is looking to hire two post-doctoral research scholars to support the development of III-Nitride electronic devices. These candidates are expected to contribute to device design or device manufacturing/test, or both. Key responsibilities include:

Department Required Skills | We invite candidates with EDA/TCAD backgrounds, experimentalists, or those with both backgrounds. The successful candidate must demonstrate:
Some candidates will be tasked with significant cleanroom responsibility. Those candidates must be able to work on their feet up to 8 hours per day and manipulate semiconductor samples in a manual fabrication or test environment. |
