Lecturer in Somatics and Dance

The Department of Performing Arts and Technology offers a variety of technique, ensemble, and lecture courses. The Department has a new major in Music Technology and also provides academic minors in Dance Studies, Dance Performance and Choreography, Music Studies, Music Performance, and Arts Entrepreneurship. The Department of Performing Arts and Technology (PA&T) seeks applicants for a renewable, full-time, non-tenure track Lecturer position beginning in the Fall 2025 semester. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong teaching and evaluation skills.

Primary responsibilities include teaching an estimated twelve credit hours per semester with a focus on somatics and dance classes. Additional responsibilities will include departmental and university service.

Other duties as assigned.
