Essential Job Duties
This position provides strategic leadership to the Network Operations Center (NOC) data analyst team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous growth. As a leader, you will inspire and guide the team to excel in delivering operational excellence to ensure the effective management of our core network services. By cultivating an environment of trust, accountability, and innovation, you will empower the team to proactively address challenges and implement solutions that support organizational goals.
Leadership and Operations Management
- Manage the daily operations of the Network Operations Center (NOC), including task allocation for staff and oversight of ongoing network-related projects.
- Lead a cohesive, dynamic team, fostering collaboration with senior engineering staff to resolve network issues and provide solutions for the campus community.
- Oversee the NOC staff supporting the university's network infrastructure, ensuring alignment with operational standards and institutional goals through regular one-on-one staff engagement meetings.
- Balance day-to-day operational duties with network-related and installation project priorities to maintain service excellence.
