Essential Job Duties | The Senior Event Producer is responsible for coordinating and managing the planning, production and implementation of collegewide events and for managing the coordination of event calendars across the college. The Senior Event Producer will facilitate a collaborative approach to ensure projects and programs adhere to best practices and protocols of the university. The position will develop events that engage stakeholders and meet the strategic needs of the college. The Senior Event Producer will serve as a key advisor to the dean, the assistant dean for college operations, and other members of the college's Executive Committee. They will be a highly motivated professional who will be deeply involved in creating an annual events strategy for the college. The position uses event production best practices and design principles to provide a quality, branded experience for our stakeholders. This position works with campus partners on risk assessment, volunteer management, vendor management and contracts, and creative directions. Finally, the position will lead efforts to review and analyze event practices and data to evaluate ROI and compliance. The work of the position will support all areas of the college in conjunction with the strategic priorities of the College of Engineering. Duties and Responsibilities:
