What You’ll Do:

As an RV Technician, you’ll bring advanced skills to diagnose, repair, and maintain RVs and trailers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering top-notch service.

Your Responsibilities:

• Perform advanced electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance maintenance on RVs and trailers.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues, ensuring the highest standards of quality and timeliness.
• Communicate effectively with service advisors to provide accurate time estimates and repair updates.
• Keep detailed documentation of diagnostic tests, repairs, and parts used.
• Test and verify all completed repairs for reliability.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including hazardous material handling and OSHA standards.

What You Bring:

We’re looking for someone with advanced diagnostic and repair skills who thrives in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3 years in trades such as automotive, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or plumbing.
• Education: Certification from a trade school or equivalent work experience.
• Skills: Proficiency with shop tools, safe handling of equipment, and an eye for detail.
• Attitude: Positive, team-player mentality with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Physical: Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs; comfort working outdoors in various weather conditions.
