POSITION OVERVIEW
North Central Aviation is currently seeking a Chief Pilot to add to our management team. North Central Aviation is an aircraft management and Part 135 charter company in the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The primary responsibilities will include hiring and managing pilots, managing pilot schedules, maintaining pilot records, and coordinating training and checking events. Candidate will demonstrate exceptional judgment, communication, organizational skills, and customer service. Should have firm knowledge of FAR Parts 61, 91, 119, and 135. This position reports to the Director of Operations.
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- First Class Medical
- Minimum of 3 years' previous experience as a pilot in command of a Part 121 or 135 operation
- Previous management experience
- Must live in, or be willing to relocate to the Minneapolis/St. Paul area
- King Air 350, CE560XL, or PC12 experience preferred
- Citation XL/XLS/XLS , King Air 350, or Pilatus PC12 school within the last 36 months

Salary Range: $160,000 - $170,000 annually. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual qualifications, experience, work location, and education.
