Job Title: Residential Service Associate
Location: Princeton/Group Home
Hours: 2:00PM- 10:00PM, 24 hours per week
Salary: $15.00 Exact salary calculation is based on education, credentials, and experience
Job Summary:
Responsible for providing services to clients living in 24-hour supervised and/or intermittent
supported residences that emphasize community reintegration and develop/enhance an
individual’s ability to function as independently as possible in his/her living, learning, and
working environments.
Duties:
- Maintains sanitary and clean living and working environment.
- Prepares, plans, and ensures meals according to policy and procedure.
- Helps and assists clients through therapeutic prompts with individual personal care and
daily living activities.
- Cares for clients during emergency situations and follows process and procedures
- Assists clients in developing skills which should result in an increased independence in
daily living skills.
- Closely monitors for physical and emotional safety of clients.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED, with valid driver’s license and insurance
- Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Social Service or Five Years working experience in
Mental Health Field
- Preferred experience working with adults in congregate setting
