The Leadership, Ethics, and Values and Social Impact space is a collaborative hub for cross-campus social impact initiatives, serving as a visible point of contact for both campus and community partners. We support the College's mission to develop "curious, engaged, ethical, and purposeful citizens and leaders" by engaging students in experiential education both on and off-campus that prepares them to enter any community and career with a deep commitment to the common good. As a key tactic in the College's new strategic plan, the Center seeks to reach every student through a diverse set of academic and co-curricular offerings. Simultaneously, community partners within the non-profit, business and governmental sectors benefit from the investment in human, social, and financial capital that leads to sustained and measurable social impact.

Duties
- Develop and disseminate printed materials for LEV Programs.
- Manage social media plan across Instagram and TikTok.
- Create Weekly newsletter.
- Create promotional materials for LEV courses.
- Support in planning and execution of events such as Changemaker Challenge.
- Maintain and update Activism Resource Center.
- Find and share activism updates and resources on social media.
- Help support leadership development and strengths training.
- Create events surrounding dialogue and activism.
- Plan and execute workshops on Design Thinking and Innovation.
- Facilitate Brainstorming sessions for Departmental changes.
- Enrolled as a student at North Central College.
- Grade point average above 2.5.
- Ability to work approximately 5-10 hours per week, including event hours on specific evenings and weekends.
- Knowledge of computer programs and social media platforms (i.e.: Word, Excel, Facebook, etc.).
- Interest in Center for Social Impact programs and initiatives.
