North Central Construction is looking for an Accounting Specialist who would manage the company’s Account Payable and Receivables by performing a variety of tasks including contract billings, job costing, processing transactions and analyzing data to ensure timely and correct financial reporting within an organization.

- Must have excellent computer skills including in-depth knowledge of MS Excel, Viewpoint and Smart Sheets (Preferred) etc.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Record financial transactions
- Update and maintain financial records
- Manage accounts using specialized software
- Preparing and filing financial documents
- Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Fact-checking accounting data
- Working with staff accountants as needed
- Submitting monthly contract billing
- Submitting monthly job cost reporting
- Assist with payroll as needed
