We have full time and part time shifts available. Starting pay up to $22.00 per hour, which includes shift differential for PM and Night shifts. We also offer incentive pay for working additional hours beyond your schedule. Shifts are 6 : 00am-2 : 00pm, 2 : 00pm – 10 : 00pm or 10 : 00pm-6 : 00am.
What You’ll Do :
- Provide quality care to residents, promoting their rights, dignity, and individuality.
- Attend to the individual needs of residents, such as assistance with grooming, hygiene, feeding, transfer, ambulation, and range of motion.
- Maintain a safe, homelike environment for residents.
- Promote Person Centered Service in all interactions.
- Create deep relationships with residents, coworkers, and families.
