The Opportunity :
The Program Aide assists developmentally disabled clients with their daily routine in programming and services as a job coach at community employment sites.
The pay range for this role is $15.00 - $16.50, based on experience.

What You’ll Do :
- Assists staff and clients in structured educational, independent living and / or social / recreational
- Assist consumers with activities of daily living, including toileting, assistance with eating.
- Provide care and supervision of consumers within the service area and the community.
- Transport clients to structured activities.
- Coach and assist clients with individual goals. Monitor progress or lack of progress toward goals.
- Track and handle client money.
- Effectively partner within the community to achieve positive client outcomes.
- Provide in-house and community-based activity groups as assigned.
- Document client goals, outcomes, activities of daily living, medication administration, etc.
- Effectively conduct medication administration.
- Functions as a treatment team
- Adheres to scheduled work hours with regular and predictable attendance.
