We have full time and part time shifts available. Starting pay up to $38.00 per hour, plus shift differential for PM and Night shifts. In addition, we offer incentive pay for working additional hours beyond your schedule and up to a $10,000 in signing bonus!

What You'll Do :
- Develops and follows a person-centered plan of care addressing each patient's range in ability to perform activities of daily living.
- Performs and documents risk assessments, preventative measures, and proactive interventions.
- Follows safe medication administration practices.
- Identifies, monitors, assesses and treats individuals with mental health, substance use, and other disorders.
- Accurately assesses for signs / symptoms of withdrawal while reporting and documenting pertinent findings.
- Demonstrates completion of a plan of care for patients that is measurable, achievable, and done in collaboration with the resident / client, family, caregivers and the care team.
- Demonstrates the knowledge of policies and procedures for restraints / seclusions.
- Verbalizes understanding of admission criteria and care for clients in various BHS programs.
- Understands prevention techniques and management of behavior that is harmful to self and others.
