  • The Opportunity:

    The Quality Data Analyst is responsible for collecting, validating, analyzing, and interpreting quality and compliance data to support performance improvement initiatives across North Central Health Care, with a focus on Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) and Behavioral Health programs. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring data-driven decision-making by developing reports, tracking key quality indicators, and assisting in regulatory reporting. The Quality Data Analyst collaborates with the Quality Manager, Compliance, and operational leaders to enhance patient and resident care outcomes through accurate and actionable data insights.

    This is a full-time, in person position. The pay range for this role is $66,560 to $73,840, based on experience.

    What You'll Do:

    Data Collection & Analysis

    • Collect, analyze, and validate quality, compliance, and performance improvement data.
    • Track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as CMS quality measures, Joint Commission standards, infection control data, patient safety metrics, and resident satisfaction scores.
    • Develop and maintain quality dashboards and reports to monitor trends, identify areas for improvement, and measure the effectiveness of quality initiatives.
    • Assist in preparing data for regulatory agencies, accreditation bodies, and leadership reports.

    Performance Monitoring & Reporting

    • Support the Quality Committees by providing accurate data to inform decision-making and improvement priorities.
    • Assist in conducting risk assessments to identify potential compliance and quality concerns.
    • Monitor quality-related adverse events, audits, and incident reports, ensuring timely data analysis and follow-up.
    • Utilize data visualization tools and statistical methods to present findings in an understandable format.

    Regulatory Compliance & Accreditation Support

    • Ensure compliance with CMS, Joint Commission, Wisconsin Department of Health Services, and other regulatory requirements by providing necessary data and documentation.
    • Maintain and submit required reports related to quality improvement and compliance initiatives.
    • Work closely with the Quality Manager to support performance improvement projects aimed at meeting regulatory and accreditation standards.

    Collaboration & Process Improvement

    • Partner with clinical teams, leadership, and frontline staff to integrate data-driven insights into daily operations.
    • Assist in developing and implementing evidence-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient and resident outcomes.
    • Support the Learning and Development team in providing training on data literacy, quality improvement processes, and compliance standards.
    • Continuously improve data collection, validation, and reporting methodologies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

    What You Bring:

    Minimum Education:

    • Bachelor's degree in Health Informatics, Data Analytics, Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field required.

    Minimum Work Experience:

    • 2 years of experience in data analysis, quality improvement, compliance, human services, healthcare, or related fields.
    • Any combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge, skills and abilities may be considered.
