Job Description:
We are looking for motivated and reliable individuals to join our Spray Foam Insulation Team at our Shelbyville, Kentucky, location. If you're interested in building a career in the construction trade and willing to learn a valuable skill, we want to hear from you! No prior insulation experience required—we provide paid training with hands-on experience from our skilled team.
Responsibilities:
- Operate spray foam insulation equipment
- Prepare and apply insulation materials to residential and commercial properties
- Troubleshoot equipment as needed
- Work in confined spaces, at heights, and on ladders or scaffolding
- Follow safety procedures and company standards
- Travel to job sites as needed
- Assist in loading/unloading materials and equipment
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and a desire to learn
- General labor or construction experience is a plus
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid, clean driver’s license (required for driving company vehicles)
- Must be able to pass a background check, drug screening, DOT medical exam, and PFT test (we cover the cost)
- Must be able to work up to 9 hour days as required
- Mechanically inclined and able to troubleshoot basic equipment
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have your own transportation
