We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate with a good work ethic and great attention to detail to fill our Human Resources Manager position. The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of human resources within the organization. This includes recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and ensuring that HR practices align with the company's overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Staffing:
- Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and hiring.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent.
- Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires.
Employee Relations:
- Act as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and providing guidance on workplace issues.
- Mediate conflicts and disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
- Promote employee engagement and satisfaction through initiatives and feedback programs.
Performance Management:
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring regular feedback and development plans.
- Support managers in addressing performance issues and identifying improvement opportunities.
- Implement employee recognition and reward programs.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Manage compensation structures and ensure competitive salary and benefits packages.
- Oversee employee benefits enrollment, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
- Analyze compensation data and trends to ensure market competitiveness.
Compliance and Legal Requirements:
- Ensure the organization is compliant with all labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
- Maintain employee records and documentation in accordance with legal requirements.
- Stay updated on changes in employment laws and advise management on necessary changes to policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs for employees.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and career development.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to managers and employees.
HR Strategy and Policy Development:
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Work closely with leadership to align HR initiatives with the company's strategic goals.
- Provide HR-related insights and data to support business decisions.
Health and Safety:
- Oversee workplace safety programs and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Implement wellness initiatives to promote employee health and well-being.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience: 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Skills and Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Office-based, with occasional travel for recruitment and training purposes.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
