Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for managing HR activities for the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Implement company culture, values and policies
- Develop workforce strategies, to recruit and develop qualified candidates
- Nurture a positive working environment
- Advocate for employee retention and development
- Manage the performance evaluation system that drives employee performance
- Oversee data entry and maintenance of employee records and payroll
- Participate in the investigation and guidance for disciplinary actions
-Report to the Executive Director and provide decision support through HR metrics
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field OR proven experience as HR manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
-Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company including the board of directors
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
-Strong ability to multi-task
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
