Job Summary
As a District Field Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing field technicians within the district. Your primary focus will be on driving business growth, ensuring operational efficiency, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise district technicians within the district
- Oversee project management activities within the district such as: tree planting/fabric; laying shallow pipeline and grass seeding
- Implement process improvement measures to enhance operational effectiveness
-Assist with educational activities
-Seek training through the SCD and NRCS to learn how to prepare tree plans and conservation work in compliance with USDA Tech Guide for any program related paperwork.
-In charge of building maintenance and identify deficiencies and prepare options for building improvement.
-Will assist other district and NRCS programs as directed and as time allows.
Qualifications
-Computer knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and ArcGis Pro
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
- Proficient in strategic planning and execution
- Demonstrated expertise in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,760.00 - $47,840.00 per year
