Adjunct Faculty – Pharmacology
NEEDED FOR FALL 2025
North Central State College is seeking adjunct faculty to teach
the following for Fall semester 2025 (8/11/25).
Pharmacology (PNUR 1030/RNUR 1030) 3 sections available:
Pharmacology provides an introduction to the study of drugs. Content also Tuesdays, 8 AM – 9:50 AM
includes classifications of drugs, dosage calculations, legal aspects of drug
administration, and preparation and administration of drugs. Uses, actions Tuesdays, 10 AM – 11:50
and side effects of selected drugs will be studied as well as associated AM
nursing care and implications.
Tuesdays, 1 PM – 2:50 PM
Qualified applicants shall have:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing required
- Two years’ experience as a registered nurse
- Current valid licensure as an RN in Ohio, or MSL
- Strong background in pharmacology preferred
- Previous teaching experience preferred
