Center Support Assistant (full-time)

Essential Duties (not all inclusive):
Administrative & Facility Support Special Event Support
• Provide excellent customer service on the phone • Assists in the planning, tracking, organizing, and
including triaging calls, making calls and scheduling implementation of annual Scholarships for Success event
appointments for the manager as needed • Other duties as assigned
- Schedule appointments and meetings via Outlook
- Create requisitions/invoices/and department forms
- Maintain supplies/Inventory, cards for mailings, Education & Experience:
prospecting folders, and NCSC communication materials Education: High School Diploma, Associate’s degree in Office
- Draft, proofread, file, and duplicate routine Administration/Business Management preferred
correspondence, reports, brochures, and prospecting Experience: One-year related experience preferred
materials
- Ensure room set up for meetings, luncheons, dinners, and
events Review of Resumes to begin 4/14/25
- Oversee function of equipment in classrooms and until filled
- Attend and actively participate in department and College (Posted 3/31/25)
meetings when applicable
- Take meeting minutes at advisory board and other NCSC
