```Duties```
- Assist in the implementation of developmentally appropriate activities for children in a Head Start program
- Provide support and supervision to children in various classrooms as needed
- Assist with classroom management and behavior guidance
- Help create a safe and nurturing environment for children
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure the well-being and educational progress of each child
- Support the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) and early intervention strategies
- Assist with mealtime routines, including serving meals and snacks to children
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of classroom materials and equipment
```Requirements```
- Experience working with young children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and staff
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain a positive learning environment
- Familiarity with literacy education, math concepts, and child welfare practices
- Flexibility to work in different classrooms as needed
- Ability to adapt to changing situations and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
