Primary Purpose:
Be a part of something exciting! Our newly renovated hotel offers an elevated experience, and we’re looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead and organize the department’s activities. You’ll ensure high standards of food and beverage quality, exceptional service, innovative marketing, and increased profitability in a refreshed and modern setting.

What You’ll Do:
As the Food & Beverage Manager, you’ll play a key role in enhancing guest experiences by:

• Leading daily operations of the Food & Beverage department, ensuring alignment with Atrium’s Core Values.
• Driving revenue growth through creative promotional programs and upselling opportunities.
• Partnering with the Culinary team to execute exciting food, beverage, and banquet promotions.
• Collaborating with Event Sales to provide seamless service for events and banquets, managing last-minute changes and custom setups.
• Coaching and developing a passionate team to foster exceptional service and career growth.
• Managing budgets and ensuring fiscal responsibility while meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
• Continuously improving guest service standards while boosting volume and profitability.
• Maintaining compliance with all Atrium policies, as well as local, state, and federal regulations.
• Supporting other hotel departments based on business needs.
• Upholding safety and security standards for guests and staff.

What We’re Looking For:

Required Experience:

• 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills

Preferred Experience:

• Previous hospitality experience, especially in hotel food and beverage management

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field (Preferred)

Certifications:

• ServSafe and TIPS Certification (Required)

Tech Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based applications
• Experience with Workday (Preferred)
