As a Food & Beverage Attendant, you’ll play an essential role in providing our guests with an exceptional dining experience, whether it’s presenting a delicious complimentary breakfast or managing our evening reception. You’ll help set the stage for an outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced, friendly environment.
What You'll Do:
Create an Impressive Dining Experience: Help present our complimentary breakfast and evening receptions with flair, ensuring the buffet is well-stocked, tables are clean, and guests have everything they need to enjoy their meal.
Customer Service Excellence: You’ll be the friendly face our guests rely on, assisting with any concerns, questions, or requests in a warm, professional manner. Your goal is to make each guest feel valued and well cared for!
Team Player: Work with a dynamic team to ensure smooth operations across food preparation and service. Flexibility is key—you’ll assist as a server, busser, or even cook when needed.
Maintain Cleanliness & Safety: You’ll ensure cleanliness in the dining area, restocking supplies, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring food is stored at the right temperatures in accordance with Health Department guidelines.
Engage in Continuous Learning: You’ll have the opportunity to gain certification in Food Safety and Alcohol Awareness within the first 60 days, setting you up for success and growth within our team!
What We’re Looking For:
Customer Service Experience: You’re friendly, approachable, and enjoy helping others.
Food Service Knowledge: Previous experience in food service is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
Physical Requirements: You’ll need to be able to lift up to 50lbs occasionally and stand or walk for extended periods, as well as bend and squat as part of your regular duties.
Flexibility: We need someone who can work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A Can-Do Attitude: Whether it’s keeping things running smoothly during peak hours or jumping in to help the team wherever needed, you’re always ready to roll up your sleeves and contribute.
