What You Will Do:
- Cycle count Portland Warehouse using Eclipse and RF scanner
- Reconcile “immediate” counts each day
- Investigate counts in orders to prevent variances & discrepancies
- Manage the Inventory Adjustment Register report daily
- Review the Backorder Items & Picking Report daily
- Face product(s) & clean shelves while counting
- Respond to emails and process requests in a timely manner
- Other warehouse duties as assigned
What You Will Bring:
- Committed to 100% accuracy and doing tasks right the first time
- Good oral & written communication skills
- Detail-oriented, ability to think critically and analytically
- Self-motivated and teamwork focused
- Time management skills
- Attend vendor and NCE Specialist product training as determined
- Complete EDGE within 30 days of hire, as determined
- Able to operate forklift and/or order picker for counting high racks of material
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus
Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
- Repetitive lifting & pulling of heavy objects (50 lbs)
- Warehouse environment
- Usual 40-hour work-week Monday through Friday however, based on business needs, evening and weekend hours may occasionally be required
- Requires regular and reliable on-site attendance
